  • Designed sales assets and omni-channel content, and led third-party media engagements
  • Implemented lead scoring and segmentation to automate email and retargeting by ICP and engagement

  • Created the affiliate marketing and reseller platform that spans three continents

  • Redesigned the software's front end with a custom, atomic UI design system

Kevin created an automated composting company that saved 47 million pounds of food waste. Hop averaged 11% monthly compounded growth, scaling to $10 million in sales contracts with enterprise clients such as Starbucks and Whole Foods.

  • Developed all campaigns, content, and sales assets, and managed international media engagements

  • Acquired a tech company and used its IP to design waste processing facilities with 66% faster hauling logistics and 7x higher end-product nutrient content than the next closest composting system
  • Designed the top-selling consumer packaged garden product at Whole Foods, adopted by national retailers such as Lowes

During university, Kevin founded a recycling service with digital impact tracking. Its growth led him to guest lecture in marketing classes he was enrolled in as a student. Green Start scaled to clients such as The Hyatt and Earls, and was acquired for a 14x return on the sole capital injection.

I like to help companies develop a compelling pull that reduces the strain of push marketing.

Facial analysis is more accurate at predicting a person's political party than a 100-item questionnaire. People have remarkable intuition from visual cues, instantly and accurately gauging audience and positioning nuances. I believe strong marketing is therefore rooted in brand identity to create a pull that is post-rationalized with subsequent information. I like to work on not only the content that follows, but also the messenger, establishing partner platforms that drive awareness, credibility, and value for a core offering.
